I know. It's wrong. The government just filled the coffers of yet another blatantly Christian organization with your tax money. You're outraged and rightfully so, but what the hell do you do about it?

What can anyone do?

I wrote to my elected officials and got a sad response about how they are practicing Christians and would "keep my views in mind." I doubt it. I beyond doubt it....that was a great big fuck you. So if you learned from my experience, one person writing isn't enough.

So what, a massive campaign to get all pagans to write....good idea. Now who will sign up for organizing this thing?

I have a better idea. A simple idea. Look for Pagan only charities and donate there. Try to shop at Pagan only stores for everything. Go to Goddess Moon Circles and check out the Helping and Warming program. Volunteer to run one. Make it clear in your community you are Pagan and be damned what they think.

Then write to the editor of your local paper(s).

Write to your mayor. Write to your governor. Write to local clergy outside of your path.

In other words RAISE HELL! Maybe if enough of us raise hell they will listen. Act up damn it. Stop being so complacent.

Otherwise you have no right to bitch.
